It has maple wood flooring which is apt for absorbing noise, and it is hosted by a friendly admin. Essential amenities include power back-up, water dispenser, CCTV cameras, changing room, washroom, Car parking (6-7 cars) and the space may be used for Choreography classes, workshops, summer camps, photo shoots, video shoots, practice/rehearsals, etc.

Periodic events and workshops that happen at this space acquire a footfall of 40-60 persons per session.
Special clientele of this space include Sania Mirza, Pullela Gopichand, Shilpa Reddy, Lavanya Tripathi, Allu Sirish, Sreeja Konidela, to name some. 

This space can be booked on week days and it is easily accessible with a distance less than 500 mts from the nearest metro station Peddamma Gudi and Jubilee hills checkpost bus stop. 

Pricing: This space is priced at 2500/- (+addn. GST charges) per hour; discounts are available for booking for 2hrs and more. *Booking this space for conducting WORKSHOPS is charged separately, with a mandatory, minimum booking duration of 2 hours, priced at 6000/- per hour (+addn. GST charges).


Timings: Mon-Fri, 11am  to 3pm
The space is NOT available for bookings on Sat and Sundays.
